Jean-Luc Mylayne
No. PO-65, Face to Face, 2001

Jean-Luc Mylayne’s “No. PO-65, Face to Face” (for Parkett 85) is a two-part work, consisting of a transparent ektachrome in an artist-designed custom-made plexi frame that depicts a small bird in a tree trunk with a sun ray shining into the scene. The second part of the work consists of a separate diptych with two c-prints that show the same image, symmetrically mirrored. More here.
