Closing Dates for Reservations
(and Material)
Parkett is published 3 times a year in mid-January, end of May and end of September. Final dates may vary slightly for specific issues. Please check individual deadlines with your reservation for each issue. Following are the approximate deadlines both for reservations and ad materials:

Mid-January issue:      October 24 / Oct. 30
End of May issue: March 24 / March 30
End of Sept. issue: July 24 / July 30

Send all materials to the Zurich office by overnight or 2-day courier service. Do not send ad material by regular mail. Please note that Parkett accepts digital files only (see below).

Parkett reserves the right to decline any advertisements. The publisher is not liable for delays in delivery or for non-delivery or any other condition affecting production or delivery in any manner. All material will be accepted only at client’s risk.


Production Requirements / Digital Files
All advertisements must be supplied as digital data on CD or Macintosh-formatted ZIP-100 disks. Please contact Beatrice Fässler in Zurich () or Monika Condrea in New York () for any production inquiries.

To ensure high-quality reproduction, please enclose a print-out from the digital file that you submit to Parkett.
E-mail can only be used for small files (max. 5 MB). To facilitate processing, the advertiser’s name must be listed in the subject line of the e-mail message. E-mail:
It is best to submit your advertisement as a PDF file in print quality with fonts embedded.
Otherwise please use InDesign, QuarkXpress or Illustrator to create your files. In this case, the fonts must be included as well. Graphics/logos/pictures must be saved as EPS or TIFF files, at 300 dpi, and defined for unlined paper.
